Dolphin Debit, the full-service ATM management company, and Customized Service Concepts (CSC), LLC, the premier ATM sales and service provider in New England, are partnering to bring banks and credit unions in the region a complete range of ATM options.

The two companies announced the partnership today, noting the advantages they can bring to clients by working closely together to meet any ATM need. Dolphin Debit can provide its ATM outsourcing solutions for CSC clients, allowing banks and credit unions to break free of the burdens of ATM fleet management and maintenance. CSC expert technicians will provide the service for the joint Dolphin-CSC clients.

Customized Service Concepts, LLC, with offices in Durham, Connecticut, and Goffstown, New Hampshire, has served financial institutions in New England for more than 30 years. CSC provides ATM/ITM solutions as well as a broad product range that includes teller cash recyclers, drive-up equipment, under-counter steel, safes, night depositories, safe deposit boxes, and coin and currency equipment.

CSC has expanded significantly in the last few years, adding numerous technicians to serve its clients’ needs throughout New England, CEO Bob Fortin noted.
